2 Days Na Lang!
In two days, I will be back home again.. :)
[Maybe by tomorrow, I will change my counter into another event again, which I am really looking forward.]
Anyway, here are some foods that I want to taste when I get home:
1. Sbarro's Baked Ziti and white cheese pizza...Sino pwedeng manlibre? d ko tatanggihan! :)
2. Ice Scramble! Wasn't able to taste this the last time I went home.
3. Shakey's Mojos. Owell, given na ito. I usually buy before my flight since T3 has Shakeys
4. Isaw!
5. Potato Corner French Fries.
6. Milk Tea (this will be tasted when I bond with my church friends)
Do you think I can eat all those in 2 days. given with the list below that I will do:
1. Meet and have breakfast with Ate Rhona and Kuya Jets - because its been a while!
2. OB-gyne appointment - its not what you think ok?! i'm not preggy. :P Its just that i have this benign cyst. (which actually i'm not that worried about)
3.Salon Time with my sister In law, Kate. Hopefully, my mom could also join us. Its a girls time. If not, then we could just have a manicure/pedicure session. But I doubt if my mom will join us.. kasi may sarili siyang manicurista!
4. Attend Baby Carl's (Paul V cute nephew) first birthday party in Tiendesitas.
5. Shopping! (onti lang) a visit to uniqlo in moa is a must!
6. Catch up with friends (sa simbahan) at night.
Oh Well, that only goes for my saturday plan.. I still don't have any plans for sunday yet. But I guess I wanted to rest for that day and do my regular groceries and time with family.
Hay, so many things to do, so little time.. I am hoping I could what is written here. If not.. owell, I will just make the most out of my trip :)
BENTE!
Happy Monthsary to US, Paul V! :)
(well, belated na pala)
| This was our first picture together. Just forgot when.. :P |
I planned to post an entry before the day ends because I was waiting for the picture that we will be taken from my new "toy" (oh, yes! I've got a new toy - i think i will post a separate entry for that), but forgot to get it from Paul V.
We seldom celebrate Monthsaries.. Well, we remember it, but never really celebrate it like eating in expensive resto. hmm, at times if money permits.. But on our 20th Monthsary, we originally planned to go for a japanese restaurant again to which we have been when we were still not a couple yet. BUT ALAS, all good plans never happens!!! hahaha. Nevertheless, we just pick some food stalls and eat in a bench - he took his favorite takoyaki, i had my sjora and french fries. It was a simple date yet sweet, just like what I wanted.

Happiness 101
At last we found Japanese Gourmet Town, a Japanese Resto that sells okonomiyaki. At last talaga! After two or three weeks walking the whole stretch of vivo city from east to west.. we finally found it!
When I told Paul V that I found the okonomiyaki and saw the place, he was like a kid that was given with a big Voltron robot. His facial expression was priceless!

Impromptu Date
Its been a week, I guess, that I have not updated this blog.
Anyway, below are the things that had happen. Actually nothing much because most of the time I render overtime work in the office. In fact, I reported to work last weekend.. and its not a regular working hours.. its 2am to 6am! so mejo bangag talaga ako at ngayon lang nakapagblog..
In a little while, I will be posting some of the things that had happened.
Last Thursday, Paul V and I had an impromptu date in our favorite Donut cafe.. Nakikiuso rin kami! Uso sa Pinas ang JCo, so kami rin. hahaha!
| JCo's caption is so sweet! It fits for me and Paul V too. :) |
Paul V asked me to take photo of our pizza.. But its not the usual pic.. We are already in the middle of eating it when we thought of taking pictures of our food. Paul V told me its sweet because our pizza has almost the same size. labo! hahaha!

Fun Times with Friends
Going out with friends is love! <3 <3 <3
Yesterday, just out of the blue I texted one of the dearest couple close to me - JR and Ellini. We always have impromptu dinners because as usual, plans usually does not happen.
Here's our text messages goes:
ME : Ei, churasscaria tayo minsan! :)
Ellini : Cge ba.. Kailan? Gutom na ko.. Haha
JR : Gusto ko din!
ME : Tara Bukas!
JR : Hala, kala ko weekend, sobra dami work :P
ME : Ako ok ako kahit Kailan. Sige Weekend then.
(So I texted Paul that we will have a Brazilian dinner on weekend.)
after one hour, I received a call from Ellini..
Ellini : Jac (they used to call me that name), churasscaria na tayo ngayong gabi.
ME : Ha? :-O kala ko sa weekend pa. Sabi ni JR sa weekend pa.
Ellini : Hindi, nitawagan ko na siya, ngayon na tayo. Gutom na ako eh. I also asked Ronnie to join us.
ME : Sige let's meet there around 8pm. I'll tell Paul to come here instead.
Hahaha.. Ok. OVERULED.
We had our dinner in brazilchurrasco, located at 16 Sixth Avenue Bukit Timah. It was almost 2 hours of eating different kind of meat rotating every 5-10 mins, I guess. It was fun because the servers were Filipinos and we were near the kitchen that we could request what meat we wanted to get out from the kitchen.
We seldom go to that place because its quite out of our way and they only server dinner. It is also quite costly ( Although sabi ni Paul V, sulit na sa kanya kasi hindi siya nag merienda..) nevertheless, dinner with friends like JR, Ellini, Ronnie and Paul, its worth the price. [I wasn't able to take pictures in the restaurant though.]
After our dinner, we headed pa for a ice cream dessert - Venezia, just opposite of Churassco.. Grabe, kahit marami na kami nikain sa dinner, we even have space for dessert. Imagine kung gaano kalaki ung tiyan ko! as in Para akong butete! hahaha! Pero keber, masarap kumain eh!
Here's what we ordered and shared with each other.
I like the coconut.. The brown one was crunchy nut which taste like Skippy Peanut butter. Sabi ko nga parang kare-kare flavor! Guess who was the adventurous person who ordered this Crunchy Nut Ice Cream?
Hay, we went home like 10:30pm.. Its so late but I guess everyone had fun! :)

Happy Birthday Kuya!
I sent out a ym message to my friend, Joy, but I didn't get any reply. then I remembered that its a Public Holiday in Philippines. Kaya mga kababayan ko, Mabuhay sa ating lahat! hehehe.
With that, I was reminded that today, it is also my Kuya's Birthday. I sent a text message to him, I don't know if he received it though. He's in boracay now. [Maybe lying on the sand with Jonah's Milkshake on the side. <<inggit ako!>>]
His friends will tell us that we are look-a-like as in, I'm a girl version of my brother.. Pero un lang, mas maganda raw ako sa kanya hahaha!

12 Days before Going Home Again.
My countdown starts now! I even put a countdown counter in my blog for that. :)
But then, as usual... so many things to do, so little time. Hang daming issues! Server down.. too much tickets... weekend work... my household chores not included yet! sigh.
Good thing Paul V and I went out to get some of our comfort food. Today is our supposedly "me" time pero Im tired from work. Just want to cuddle hehehe [I somehow feel relax when I'm with him] So here's what we got for today. :)
There's only one (i guess) DQ store here in SG and its really out of our way.. talagang nidayo namin siya sa malayo!! hehehe.

My Homemade Pandesal
So at last, Paul V agreed to buy an oven and store it in their house. :p That is because we we're craving for pandesal. :) All of my friends who had an oven and did their first baking experience tried to baked brownies or cookies first. I
couldn't imagine that the first recipe that I baked, of all, was
pandesal! (well, it wasn't really my first experience as I already tried
to baked during high school). But still, it was like baking for the
first time again.. its been ages noh!
Anyway, here's the recipe that I followed. But I just changed the bread flour to Rye Flour. (Rye flour- used for wheat bread, naks! healthy!)
Its
not that really hard but it would really take 4 hours at least to
prepare this. Actually, waking up early was the hard part. hahaha!
Saludo ako sa mga panadero in waking up so early.. siguro mga 1am pa
lang they are starting to prepare it na.
Oh, I forgot to say, my homemade pandesal was successful on how it looks and how it taste. :)
Maybe I can change my career na :p

So-Called 365 Project.
I just want to share how I feel when I opened my can full of $1 sgd coins which I started collecting since February this year. It was supposedly be a 365 (owell, ok, 334, minus the month of January) Project, to collect 1 sgd per day. But some days are not really fortunate to have one. So how did this start? I was just thinking to save money
for Christmas. (IKR! malayo pa!) I told myself, if I save one dollar per
day, I could have at least 300 sgd to spend during Christmas to buy
gifts for my family and friends. :)
I told myself not to count it, but actually last March, I did. And after 3 months, TADA! I counted it again. hahaha! (sorry but I can't disclose to you the amount)
I was quite amazed by its total amount. It actually exceeded the number of days from Feb until today. hehehe. So, I think I could just allocate another budget for Christmas gift, and use this to fund my Boracay Vacation next year! hahahaha!
Side-note: While writing this entry, it reminds me of pondo ng pinoy's motto: "Anumang magaling, kahit maliit, basta’t malimit, ay patungong langit" :)

Trying to start again.
Just an FYI, this is my Nth blog. :-O
Like what the title says, I will try to post at least an entry each day. So I asked my boyfie to check my blog everyday - that at least I have someone to remind me that I should post.
So let's see how far it will go. :)
